EVER WANTED TO LEARN HOW TO COOK WEST AFRICAN CUISINE?
I’m teaching two cooking classes, one in Brooklyn that is a traditional Senegalese dinner, and one in Manhattan that is also Senegalese but completely vegan. I hope you’ll join me for a fun and tasty evening! Links and menus included below.
THURSDAY, JULY 12 – BROOKLYN KITCHEN, 6:30 P.M.
West African Dinner (approx 2 hours)
Senegalese food has a rich history with influences from Northern Africa, France and Portugal coming together to create incredible flavors. We are happy to have Pierre Thiam back at the Brooklyn Kitchen to teach us some more great West African dishes. This is a demo with a light hands-on dinner class.
